Day 01 Delhi/Raipur/Jagdalpur :-

Arrival Raipur. Transfer to Jagdalpur (300kms/5 hrs) by road. Enjoy the charming 5 hr drive on the NH 43 towards South of Raipur for Jagdalpur. It is a captivating drive through the country side giving you the first glimpse of the State. En route see the picturesque Keshkal Valley. After reaching Jagdalpur, check in to the hotel and relax. Evening free for leisure activities. Overnight at Jagdalpur

Day 02 Jagdalpur/Kanger Valley National Park/ Jagdalpur :-

Today you have your date with Nature. Start by road for Kanger Valley National Park. In Gond Dialect the word .Kanger. means .Holy water.. On the way visit the Bastar Hill Mynah. The Kanger river flows through the densely forested valley of the National Park which abounds in flora and fauna, waterfalls and ancient caves. The biodiversity of these forests is considered only next to the Amazonian Rain Forests. It abounds n evergreen trees such as sal, teek, arjuna, tamarind, bamboo etc. Inside the National Park you would be visiting the breathtaking underground Kutumsar Caves. It is accessible by a narrow spiral staircase which descends about 35 feet.

Inside the caves you will find the most amazing stalactite and stalagmite formations. A forest guard along with a solar light would also compulsorily accompany you in the caves. After this, we push off for ravishing Teerathgarh Waterfalls which are situated in the other part of the National Park. It is a delightful 7 tier cascading waterfall. Admire the beauty of the falls and splash around in the rushing water. Enjoy your picnic lunch by the falls and then start back for Jagdalpur. In the evening, explore the local markets on foot. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 03 Jagdalpur/Tribal Village/Chitrakote - Jagdalpur :-

After a early break fast, start for a tribal village by road (100 kms / 1.30 hrs). Experience the tribal way of life by spending time with the locals and understanding their traditions and culture. After a quick good bye to your local friends, push off for a tribal market , locally known as Haat. A haat is a weekly rendezvous for social and commercial purposes in tribal society. At the haat, the tribals sell their agricultural or forest produce and buy with the cash obtained necessaries for the week ahead. Then, start for the amazing Chitrakote Waterfalls. View the exhilarating horse shoe shaped waterfall which is often compared with the Niagara Falls. These falls have been illuminated, so it can also be seen after sun set. Return to Jagdalpur in the night. Overnight at Jagdalpur. Return to Jagdalpur in the evening . Over night at the hotel.

Day 04 Jagdalpur/Dantewada/Barsur/Jagdalpur :-

After an early breakfast push of for Dantewada (80 kms / 1.30 hrs). This particular road track will take you through some of the most dense forests on the planet. Arrival Dantewada , visit the ancient Danteshwari Devi Temple. Danteshwari Devi is the most revered Goddess of Bastar. Then start for Barsur, again you will be traveling through lush green forests. Visit the ancient Ganesha Temple and The 32 Pillar Temple. Start back for Jagdalpur. Evening free for leisure activities. Overnight at Jagdalpur.

Day 05 Jagdalpur/Kondagaon/Barnawapara :-

After Breakfast, check out of the hotel and start for forest sanctuary of Barnawapara. Enroute visit Kondagaon In Kondagaon you would be visiting .SAATHI.; an NGO which is dedicated to the crafts. Here you can also shop for these beautiful articles and also see the artisans giving shape to their stuff. After this, push off for Barnawapara. Arrival Barnawapara, check in to resort. Over night at Barnawapara.

Day 06 Barnawapara/Sirpur/Barnawapara :-

Wake up early in the morning for a Jungle Safari in to the forest sanctuary. The forests are home to large number of leopards and other animals like Deers, Bison and also a variety of birds. After the safari , visit the exquisite temples of Sirpur, situated on the bank of the holy river Mahanadi. The Lakshman Temple at Sirpur is one of the oldest intact brick temples in India. You can also witness the history being unfolded as excavations are being carried out at different locations . After your date with history, return back to the resort and enjoy a tranquil evening in the natural ambience . Overnight at the resort.

Day 07 Barnawapara / Kawardha / Bhoramdeo / Kawardha :-

Enjoy another jungle safari early in the morning and then after breakfast check out of the resort. Start for the erstwhile princely state of Kawardha, to enjoy your stay in the Royal Kawardha Palace. Arrival Kawardha, check into the Palace. Then push on to see the sensual and exotic Bhoramdeo Temple, decorated with erotic carvings. Also visit the nearby Madwa Mahal and Cherki Mahal. Return to Palace, enjoy a tribal dance . O/N at Palace.

Day 08 Kawardha/Achanakmar :-

Check out Palace and start for the enchanting forests of Achanakmar Sanctuary. Arrival Achanakmar, check into the resort. If time permits, enjoy a Jungle safari in the evening and you have a good chance to spot a Tiger , as Achanakmar Sanctuary is one of best places in Central India to see a tiger. Otherwise, drive can be taken on next day. Overnight at the resort.

Day 09 Achanakmar/Amarkantak/Achanakmar :-

After breakfast , start by road for the holy town of Amarkantak. This small hamlet is nestled at an altitude of 3750 feet at the meeting point of the Vindhya and the Satpura mountain ranges, dotted with hills, woods, meadows and streams. Narmada, one of the holiest rivers of India originate from this place. Enjoy the scenic beauty and visit the number of holy temples spread all over. In the evening return back to your resort to enjoy an relaxed night. Overnight at the resort.

Day 10 Achanakmar/Raipur :-

Enjoy a jungle safari in the morning. After breakfast check out of the resort and start back for Raipur. En route visit the most ancient archaeological site in Chhattisgarh Tala. Archaeologists believe this site dates back to 3rd Century BC. There are ruins of old structures and you can also see a statue of Lord Shiva in standing posture, this statue has been referred to as The most unusual statue by most of the senior archeologists in this part of the country. After this , we push off for Raipur. Arrival Raipur.
